Project Schedule The design of the Hartwood Marsh Roadway has been split into two phases. Phase 1, from U.S. 27 to Hancock Road, is currently moving from approved 60% plans to 90% plans. The plans can be reviewed in through a downloadable file here. The 30% plans for Phase 2, from Hancock Road to the Orange County Line, have been completed, and are moving toward 60% plans.
