Final Approval

Final approval of the preferred alternatives was received from the Lake County BCC at the meeting on October 17, 2006.

After the comments from the Public Hearing were addressed and the project reports were finalized, the study phase of the project  was complete. The phases that follow the study include the design of the proposed improvements based on the concepts developed in the PD&E study, right-of-way activities including the possibility of acquisitions and the construction of the improvements. These final steps will be completed as funding is identified by Lake County.
